Return Policy For Bella Vista Products: Claims regarding the return of “Bella Vista Bathware” goods must be reported within 14 days of delivery. For all returns due to change of mind or incorrect orders, a restocking surcharge of 20% of the invoiced amount will apply to authorized returns. Refunds are for the cost of product only; shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All return freight is at customer’s expense. Returns of all items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Bella Vista Bathware reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that is no longer in resalable condition and / or has its packaging damaged. In the case of a return being authorized a minimum 30% restocking fee will be charged.
